EMDR Therapy for Anxiety & Trauma

Targeted, virtual trauma recovery for high-functioning professionals ready to reclaim their focus.
When your mind won’t let go and your body stays on edge, just getting through the day is exhausting. You don’t have to stay in "survival mode." I use EMDR therapy to process trauma at the root, so it stops controlling your daily life. You can feel grounded, focused, and like yourself again.

Specialized virtual support for caregivers, high-stakes professionals, medical staff, and adventurers across California.

This therapy is designed for people who feel like they should be okay…but aren’t.

You’re used to being the one who handles it all. But lately, the anxiety won't shut off, and past experiences feel too close for comfort. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted. You’ve worked hard to "understand" your past, but understanding isn't the same as healing. EMDR helps your brain finally process these experiences so they stop popping up as modern-day triggers. You can move forward without being pulled back.

How I Can Help

EMDR Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety, and Feeling Stuck

If you’ve tried to "think" your way through your problems but still feel overwhelmed, on edge, or pulled back into past experiences, EMDR can help. Talk therapy alone often hits a ceiling. This work goes beyond coping, as it helps your brain resolve what’s keeping you stuck so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that supports your brain’s natural ability to process and release difficult experiences, including trauma, grief, and high-stakes stress.

Option 1: Private Pay: Absolute Privacy & Autonomy

Best for: High-clearance professionals, privacy advocates, and executives who require full control over their clinical record.
Choosing the private pay model ensures that your therapy remains a closed loop. I prioritize digital autonomy and professional discretion at every step. Tailored Flexibility: We work with full flexibility, shaping the pace, depth, and focus of your sessions around what you need most—not what an insurance provider dictates.
No Mandatory Diagnosis: Your care remains fully confidential without a mental health diagnosis being shared with insurance companies or added to a permanent medical record.
Complete Discretion: Designed for those in sensitive career fields where privacy is a professional necessity, not just a preference.

If privacy and hardware-level security are important to you, we can discuss how I protect your data and whether this option is the right fit during your consultation.

Private Pay Investment
All private pay sessions prioritize absolute confidentiality and tailored clinical focus.

60 Minutes — $200
A steady, consistent space to process experiences, reduce anxiety, and build forward momentum over time. Best for ongoing maintenance and integrated growth.

Deep Processing Session (Recommended for EMDR)

Option 2:
Best for: Clients who prefer to use their health insurance benefits for evidence-based trauma care. I partner with Alma to accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum, allowing you to use your insurance benefits for EMDR therapy and other mental health support. Using insurance can make therapy more accessible and affordable based on your plan’s coverage.
Please note: Insurance requires a formal mental health diagnosis for reimbursement and typically covers 53–60 minute sessions according to your provider’s guidelines.
